BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer who lives in Co Laois is currently employed as a trainee solicitor with Setanta Solicitors.
She graduated with First Class honours in the Bachelor of Civil Law degree, from University College Dublin in 2022 and is certainly putting her education and knowledge to use in the firm. In July of this year, Jennifer had her article published in the UCD Law Review Sutherland Symposium, on assessing the impact of the English High Court’s seminal decision Taylors Fashions and subsequent jurisprudence on ‘unconscionability’ in Estoppel.
During her time in UCD, Jennifer volunteered at the weekly legal advice clinics which were run by the Student Legal Society.
Jennifer is currently studying while working and is sitting her FE-1 exams. She hopes to qualify as a solicitor in the very near future and has a keen interest to specialise in commercial litigation.
